AKS Hospitality was born in 2022 when Sharad Chaurasia, a businessman from Varanasi, visited Manali and fell in love with its breathtaking beauty. Together with his partners Ashrut, Kisalay, and Tarun, he envisioned a hospitality company that would bring the magic of the Himalayas to travellers from across India.
Today, AKS Hospitality is a full-service travel agency based in Noida, offering curated holiday packages to the most beautiful destinations in India and abroad. Our own property — The Neelkanth Grand in Manali — stands as a testament to our commitment to quality, comfort, and authentic Himalayan hospitality.

Sharad Chaurasia
Founder, CEO & CTO
Every great company begins with a moment of clarity. For Sharad, it came on a quiet evening in Manali in 2022 — surrounded by snow-capped peaks and the kind of stillness that changes you. A first-generation entrepreneur from Varanasi who built a thriving transport business across North India, Sharad didn't just see beautiful mountains — he saw a gap. Travellers deserved far better. He came back, assembled his closest people, and built AKS Hospitality from scratch. As CEO, he drives the vision. As CTO, he personally built the technology — the CRM, the AI booking assistant, the entire digital backbone that powers AKS today.

Ashrut Sood
Co-Founder
Born in Shimla, Ashrut has always had the mountains in his bones. An engineer turned entrepreneur, he was already building ventures in Noida when COVID reshaped the world. He moved to Manali, built deep roots in the local ecosystem, and when Sharad called with the AKS vision — he didn't hesitate for a second. As Co-Founder, Ashrut brings the kind of commitment that can't be hired. He was there at day one, and his belief in what AKS could become has never wavered.

Kisalay Raghuvanshi
Co-Founder & Head of Operations
Raised in the misty hills of Bomdila in North East India, Kisalay has always understood what it means to be far from home and yet completely at peace. From Jaunpur to Mumbai's corporate world, he carried that feeling with him — and eventually chose it over everything else. As Co-Founder and Head of Operations, Kisalay runs the engine that keeps AKS moving. Vendors, logistics, itineraries, on-ground coordination — every seamless trip a guest experiences is the result of systems he has built and refined, day after day.

Tarun Singh
Partner, Strategic Advisor & Board Member
Tarun Singh is not just an advisor — he is a believer. An IIT Delhi alumnus and childhood friend of Sharad, he has helped scale some of India's most ambitious companies — Blinkit, Tata 1mg — and currently serves as VP Product & Enterprise at Airtel. As a Board Member and Strategic Advisor, Tarun brings the kind of insight that only comes from building at scale. He helps AKS think bigger, move smarter, and stay sharp. With Tarun on the board, we're not just running a travel company — we're building a brand.
