Booking terms
Last updated: 3 September 2026. Your final written quote and booking confirmation contain the package-specific scope and price.
Prices and availability
Website prices are calculated from the currently selected package, dates and travellers. Flights, rooms, transport and activities remain subject to availability until confirmed. If an advertised option is unavailable after payment, AKS will offer an available alternative or process the applicable refund.
Payments
For standard domestic package bookings: Pay 20% at booking, 30% one day before departure, and 50% at hotel check-in. Token, 50% and full-payment options may also be offered at checkout. International schedules can vary by package. Razorpay online payments include a 3% gateway fee, shown in the checkout total before the gateway opens.
Confirmation
A successful online payment creates or updates the booking request. Your booking reference and subsequent written confirmation are the record of the accepted package details. Please do not make a second payment if the gateway reports success but the confirmation screen is delayed; contact AKS with the Razorpay payment reference.
Changes and cancellations
Supplier price differences may apply when dates, travellers, rooms, transport or inclusions change. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for the current website terms.
