International packages
Refunds depend on the cancellation rules of the selected airline, visa provider, hotel and activity suppliers. The applicable terms are shared in the package quote or booking confirmation.
Date changes
Date changes are subject to availability and any difference in the live package, transport, or hotel price.
How refunds are handled
Submit the request through My Booking or contact your AKS travel partner. Approved refunds are returned to the applicable payment method; bank and payment-provider processing time may vary. Online payment fees and non-refundable third-party charges, if any, are identified during review.
