Date changes
Date changes are subject to availability and any difference in the live package, transport, or hotel price.
How refunds are handled
A cancellation request can be submitted through My Booking or your AKS travel partner, but cancellation by the traveller does not create a refund. If AKS cannot provide a confirmed service and no mutually acceptable alternative is available, the written booking confirmation and applicable law govern the resolution.
